These terms cover yfire.org, the website of YFIRE International Ministries. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be endured.

In short. This is a ministry website. Everything here is offered freely for your own use. Giving is voluntary and handled by Stripe. Please don’t republish our teaching, music or video as your own.

What this site is

yfire.org exists to share the ministry’s teaching, worship, events and vision, and to let people give toward that work. The content is spiritual and pastoral in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Giving

Gifts are voluntary and are processed by Stripe. When you give through this site:

Your gift supports the general work of the ministry unless an appeal clearly states otherwise. If an appeal raises more than it needs, or cannot go ahead, we apply the money to the closest similar work.
Gifts are not normally refundable. If you gave by mistake — the wrong amount, a duplicate, or a monthly gift you meant to be one-off — tell us within 30 days at info@yfire.org and we will refund it to the card you used. Outside that, we will still consider any request in good faith. If a gift has been receipted for a tax credit and is then refunded, you must not claim the credit.
Monthly gifts continue until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing info@yfire.org — we will stop the next charge straight away.
YFIRE International Ministries is a New Zealand registered charity and an approved donee organisation. An IRD-compliant donation receipt is available on request.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own terms. We never receive or store them.

Our content

The teaching, writing, artwork, photography, design, logos and recordings on this site belong to YFIRE International Ministries unless stated otherwise.

You are warmly welcome to read, listen, watch, download anything we offer for download for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share links to anything here. You may quote short passages with attribution to YFIRE International Ministries.

Please do not republish our material as your own, re-upload full teachings or recordings to other platforms, sell it, or use it to suggest we endorse something we don’t. If you want to use something more substantially — in a church, a class, a translation — just ask. We would rather say yes to a request than find it taken.

If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, email info@yfire.org with the details and we will respond within five working days.

Using the site properly

Please don’t attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it, and don’t use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive.

Links to other places

We link out to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Facebook and others. Those services are not ours and we don’t control what they do — once you leave this site you are under their terms. Stripe is different: it processes payments on our behalf, under its own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running and the information accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, move or remove any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, YFIRE International Ministries is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which sits alongside these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date it changed shown at the top.
