Who we are
Yeshua’s global family on mission.
This is YFIRE
Yeshua’s friends, formed in His presence, grounded in truth and sent in the power of the Spirit to reach everyone.
Our Identity
Yeshua’s global family on mission.
Rooted in the Word. Led by the Spirit. Marked by love. Committed to excellence.
We build real relationships, equip people with truth and power, and mobilise communities to reach everyone.
The Kingdom is the message.
Yeshua is the centre.
Reaching everyone is the mission.
The DNA
Two tribes out of Jacob’s twelve. Issachar read the times and knew what Israel ought to do — the tents, the prayer room, the map. Zebulun went out — the harbour, the marketplace, the feet.
Moses refused to bless them separately. One verb, two tribes, a single they. The marketplace and the prayer room are covenant partners, not competitors: every member who works funds the ministry, and every intercessor lifts the worker.
How We Carry the Fire
Four commitments shape the way we carry the mission.
We trust God beyond what we can see.
Who we are in private must agree with what we carry in public.
We build with people, not around them.
We honour the assignment in the way we carry it.
The Movement Journey
We do not gather people simply to attend. We walk with people from encounter into formation, activation and multiplication — until transformed lives become Kingdom influence beyond themselves.
Meet Him.
Become like Him.
Carry what He has placed in you.
Awaken and equip others.
Take the Kingdom beyond yourself.
The Families
Every family carries the same mission and expresses the Kingdom in its own way. None of them outranks another.

Broadcasts, conversations, news and media carrying Kingdom truth into the public square.

Formation, teaching and equipping for people learning to discern the hour.

Watchmen who read the times, discern what is shifting and declare what Heaven is saying.

Stewardship Today
Today Benjamin and Pearl Roy steward YFIRE together, serving the movement across its teaching, worship, prayer, mission and international expression.
Pearl serves alongside Benjamin across the calling, with particular responsibility and heart for its international women’s dimension.
Their role is stewardship. Yeshua remains the centre, and the mission remains bigger than any individual.
The Story Behind the Movement
YFIRE’s public story began in 2009. But the story behind it reaches further back — through generations of prayer, gospel ministry, church planting and costly obedience.
We honour that history not to build a family legacy, but to remember that what we carry today was entrusted before it was branded.
This is not a story of inheritance by position. It is a story of the gospel being carried from one generation to another.
Chapter I
1962–1986 · Reverend Silas Adaiya
Long before YFIRE carried a name, Reverend Silas Adaiya — Benjamin Roy’s grandfather — was among the pioneering Fiji Indian Christian ministers carrying the gospel through Fiji.
The first inheritance was not an organisation. It was the gospel.
Chapter II
Pastors Stephen & Josephine Roy
The next generation continued the work. Benjamin’s parents, Pastors Stephen and Josephine Roy, pioneered and planted churches across Fiji, building a home in which ministry, prayer and service to God were part of everyday life.
Benjamin was born into that home in 1986. Their ministry continues independently today.
The inheritance moved from proclamation to building.
Chapter III
2007–2009 · The call takes shape
In 2007, during an extended season of prayer and fasting in the mountains of Fiji, Benjamin’s own calling was forged more deeply. In March 2009, YFIRE officially launched in Fiji.
Much of the next season unfolded away from public ministry. YFIRE understands those years as a period of preparation before the movement re-emerged publicly.
